How did you get into the agency business/ what is your background?
A passion for people and characters, and more importantly, the passion to discover new exciting faces and to place them successfully in the international model business.
How many models do you represent?
Around 250 male and female models worldwide.
What are the agency’s divisions?
We have an independent division with lifestyle models which is called IZAIO people. Apart from that we have the fashion division- IZAIO models- with men and women.

Amelie Schützsack, Sara Sperling, Paula Biedermann and Max Vogel
Who are your ones to watch?
Grace, Merle and Anna Martin; Karl, Arne, Stefan Linser and Immanuel.
What do you look for in a new prospect?
Apart from the height and a great figure – that certain something! It has to hit you right away.
What sets you apart from other agencies?
We are a ‘boutique’ agency- small, selective, with a very personal management.
Most of all, we have talented scouts who enable us to develop a lot of amazing newfaces!!!

The ideal IZAIO model is unmistakable and has a huge recognition factor!

A keen eye! A great interest and feeling for fashion and photography.

It could be anywhere, any time – in the street, on the bus, in the supermarket…
Describe your local market – what type of work is there for a model, who are the biggest clients/ photographers/ publications?
There are a lot of editorials, commercial jobs, lookbooks…

I’ve been look for an agency to model for ever since i was a thirteen, i tried One source talent but they weren’t the agencies for me if any one has any suggestion please give me advice.
