From our first contact I was impressed with his understanding and scope of the business. He realises that a successful model is someone who is able to project not only their outer beauty but their inner uniqueness as well. It's a total package. He is also exceptional in the way he follows his models on their career path from the very beginning, guiding and educating them about the business. Because modeling is a business but too often young people don't fully understand that and Toni takes the time necessary to make sure they do. This is a very important part of an agent's role.
